We absolutely guarantee that our products will arrive as advertised and in good condition or we will return the full purchase price of the product. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
We will hand-select only USA-based facilities to craft our products to retain high standards in quality.
We will personally inspect these facilities regularly to ensure legal, fair and safe working conditions for all our sewers.
We will employ green practices and technologies wherever possible, including reusing packing and other materials, recycling materials not suitable for reuse, and employing paperless communication when available.
We ship anywhere in the United States and its territories, and to APO/FPO boxes via USPS Priority Mail. Fedex Standard Delivery, and Fedex 2day Delivery are also available for US addresses (not APO/FPO). Your shipping costs will be determined upon checkout based on your zip code and chosen shipping method.
We will ship your order within 2 business days of receipt of your order and payment. Priority Mail service is generally 2-3 days within the continental US. You may return any unused item in resellable condition purchased through www.lilbugger.biz for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
